Should Leather Jackets Fit Tight
You need to be comfortable.
Should leather jackets fit tight. Good quality leather will. Those who want a slim fit on their leather jackets should consider the racer. With shoes its different as the leather is right next to your foot.
In this video Jeff from The Style OG. A simple visual test. A motorcycle jacket that is too tight will restrict your movement on the bike while a loose jacket will flap around annoyingly causing fatigue over a long day in the saddle.
Here is the test i always take. That jacket looks like it fits really nicely. My leather jacket was a little tight in the chestarmpit area at first and isnt anymore so it will certainly stretch a bit.
Its a thicker tougher leather that takes a while to break in. This jacket is made to fit somewhat tight and does not leave much space between you and your jacket. If this can be done your jacket is too big.
Wearing a leather motorcycle jacket is different from your suit or leisure jacket. When it comes time to wear your hoodie you may not have room. Besides they do not extend to the point of becoming loosely and look indecent when you wear them.
If its really uncomfortable Id maybe consider sizing up but post pics of the bigger size here. Just the way leather gear should be worn it should be skin tight or near to skin tight depending on the style you go for obviously a loose harley or touring leather jacket is not meant to fit tight. Softer lambskin will stretch out more than a thick cowhide.
