Textile jacket has more advantages when it comes to cleaning and maintenance. What is the difference between mesh and textile jackets and how do you choose between them. Leather needs a lot of attention to prevent it from drying out.
At lower speed it is more useful just like its counterpart. Since textile jackets tend to cost considerably less than leather ones you can buy a mesh jacket for maximum airflow on hot summer days and a waterproof jacket with an insulated liner for the colder ones and maybe get both for the price of a single leather jacket that will be hotter in the summer and wont keep you dry unless you also get a rain suit. Textile is a synthetic material and its so much more versatile than leather jackets.
